Lisa Rudi-Davis, RDN, CHC
Lisa Rudi-Davis is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Health Coach, and owner of Nourish Philly. Born and raised in South Philly, a former Certified Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Educator. Lisa obtained her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science at Drexel University, completed her dietetic internship at the University of Delaware, and then completed her health coach training through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Lisa is knowledgeable about various dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).

There is often times a disconnect when it comes to living a healthy lifestyle; we know what’s good for our bodies, but we don’t always act accordingly. I help to mend the gap between knowing and doing, by catering to each individual’s unique circumstances. Whether it is weight management, disease prevention, meal planning, improving athletic performance, food cravings/allergies or developing a healthy relationship with food, I offer a variety of services designed to meet your needs.

I started working with Lisa after I started my weight loss journey. I needed to manage my nutrition after being diagnosed with diabetes. She helped me plan calorie goals, as well as explain the role of sugars in my diet. I love that she helps me track my meals to make sure I’m eating a balanced diet. She gave me tips on supplements that have been helpful for my sleep habits and overall health. With her guidance, I was able to get my Ha1c within a normal level and get off most of the medicines I was using to manage my health.
