1-2-3 Homemade Popsicles
On most hot summer nights my kids reach in the freezer for a cold, sweet treat. While I have found some “clean” popsicles at some of my favorite markets, it’s usually the price that stops me from buying them. My daughter loves fresh strawberries so we decided to make our own! We also made tropical popsicles with banana and mango! The possibilities are endless. Just pick your favorite fruit and put your kids to work (with supervision of course)!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of unsweetened coconut milk (13.5 fl oz)
- 2 cups of fresh fruit
- 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
Blend well in mini food processor or blender. Makes 5-6 popsicles maybe more depending on size of popsicle mold! Enjoy 🙂
